Hamilton's argent Motor Lodge Thrilled to be Finalist in Hospitality Awards

Hamilton’s Argent Motor Lodge is hoping to add another award to their already impressive list of awards and accolades, when the winners of the Hospitality New Zealand 2016 Awards for Excellence are announced on 13 October.
The Hospitality New Zealand Awards for Excellence honour the achievement of excellence over a range of categories in the hospitality industry. The Awards are presented to hospitality and accommodation businesses which have performed exceptionally throughout the year.
Argent Motor Lodge has been selected as a national finalist in the category of ‘Best Accommodation 30 Rooms and Under’.
“The Awards for Excellence are all about the future of hospitality,” says Vicki Lee, Chief Executive of Hospitality New Zealand. “Given the quality of this year's entries, the outlook for hospitality is in great hands and the bar has been lifted yet again.”
Owner of Argent Motor Lodge, Graeme Hunt, says he is pleased to be in the running for such a highly regarded award.
“I am flattered and thrilled,” says Graeme. “At Argent Motor Lodge we are always striving to do our best to make our guests happy and comfortable so it’s very nice to be recognised in this way by the Hospitality Association.”
“Of course I can’t take all the credit myself,” he adds, with a nod to Operations Manager Leah Lindsay and a dedicated team of conscientious cleaners.
“I have a wonderful team behind me, all working together to achieve a common goal,” says Graeme.
Winners will be announced and a presentation will be made to the national finalists and category winners at a formal black tie dinner, to be held at SKYCITY in Auckland on Thursday 13 October 2016.
