Mavis & Mick are bringing their Men's leather shoe range to their Cambridge store

In a move inspired due to demand, Mikala Walshe, owner of Mavis & Mick, is transporting some of the businesses Men’s range from their Waihi Beach premises to their Cambridge store.
“It comes down to demand. We advertise that we have Men’s shoes available but don’t have them in our Cambridge store at the moment. However, they will be available from May 29 onwards here in Cambridge,” says Mikala.
Primarily, the Men’s range has been available through the Mavis & Mick store at Waihi Beach, and the range has been popular. Mikala says that the business will start by only bringing across a select few which have been in demand and testing the waters.
“Since it isn’t something we’ve done before I will test the waters a bit and bring across a select range. There will be dress shoes, casual weekend shoes and boot shoes that I bring across and they will all be a bit different to what is currently available in Cambridge. They will all be the highest quality leather” says Mikala.
The ranges that Mavis & Mick will provide will cover a range of sizes. However, if a particular size is not available, Mrs Walshe affirms that the turnaround to get a size in is rapid.
“You could come in and see a shoe you like but if we don’t have the size it’ll be here within two days. The time to get one in is quick and we do it that way so we don’t keep customers waiting,” she says.
