Century 21 Gold wins at the Century 21 Annual Australasian Convention

It was a big night for Century 21 Gold at Century 21 Annual Australasian Convention held last week. They scooped up two awards including Centurion Office Award and their very own Derryn Mayne was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Leading real estate expert, Derryn Mayne, Licensed Agent from Century 21 Gold Real Estate was inducted to the Century 21 Hall of Fame on the night. “The Hall of Fame award is the top award for Australasia and is very prestigious,” says Geoff Barnett, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.
To be inducted to the Hall of Fame, a Century 21 agent has to have demonstrated leadership, customer service and professionalism, embracing all facets of the Century 21 brand.
One criteria of the award is that they must help and support fellow franchise owners. “Everybody knows Derryn in the industry. When agents from both New Zealand and Australia require support. Derryn is often the first person to help, offering professional and expert advice,” adds Mr Barnett.
Another criteria for the Hall of Fame award is that they must always conduct themselves in a truly ethical manner to International standards. “Derryn’s professionalism and work ethic is outstanding, this is evident in every way she runs her business,” comments Mr Barnett.
The other criteria included commitment to the Century 21 Brand and encourages up to date training in all systems. As far as Mr Barnett is concerned “Derryn ticked all the boxes for this award.”
Century 21 Gold also picked up Centurion Office Award. “To receive centurion status an office must be in the top 2% in the world-wide Century 21 network. This is another prestigious award for the Century 21 Gold team,” says Mr Barnett.
