What is Naked Flame? Naked Flame is New Zealand’s largest and most comprehensive showroom of Bio Fuel Fires on display and operation at Design Concepts, New Zealand’s premium outdoor furniture emporium.

But, what is a BioFuel fire? Unlike wood or gas fires, a Bio Fire burns only Bio Fuel, or Bio Ethanol, which, as it’s not a fossil fuel like LPG Gas, it emits zero carbon monoxide, and, unlike wood, emits zero smoke, when burnt. What this means is that there is no requirement for a flue, or chimney, or often installation of any sort. Further to this, it also means it can often bypass the requirement for consent.

So, imagine a beautiful open dancing flame, creating a stunning ambience like no other, that is not hidden behind glass, and with no flue, chimney or venting, and it also means design options like no other. And what’s more, their fires are a fraction of the cost of other fires, and with the ease of installation, means these fires will revolutionise the home fireplace market, with the enthusiasm they are now engendering.

Naked Flame is environmentally friendly and clean, as Bioethanol fuel burns with 98% efficiency, and is extremely safe and easy to use. Also, there is no need for a chimney because they don’t give off any smoke. Many of Design Concepts’ free-standing Bioethanol fireplaces come fully assembled, whilst others can be wall mounted in 40 minutes or less. Just imagine, no gas or electricity needed!

Wait there’s more! It is so easy to adjust the flame size or heat output of most of Design Concept’s real flame Bioethanol fireplaces, AND, they are permitted in smoke controlled zones, since they do not produce any smoke!

You can now go and see for yourself at the Naked Flame Showroom at 18 Barry’s Point Rd Takapuna, at the Design Concepts outdoor furniture store, or for more information please visit the website at www.nakedflame.co.nz or at http://www.designconcept.co.nz .
