Terri believes quite the contrary and maintains that these products are “Cheap, ineffective, LED gimmicks.” “these home kits are bulky and uncomfortable, you can’t speak, you can’t swallow and they don’t hold the gel in place adequately. They are so loose, meaning you have to use a lot of gel to make sure it is in contact with the teeth. Due to all these factors, it makes it very unlikely that you will see any major differences when using these products.” Terri goes on to add, “the cheap LED light in these boil and bite home kits are a gimmick, and will not do anything to speed the process up. When you consider my professional machines that cost thousands of dollars, a cheap light in a home kit simply cannot do the same.” It is evident for people who have tried the cheaper alternatives, that they cannot get over the difference professional whitening can make, both the in-house laser and the ultra-thin custom-made trays.
