The travel industry has changed drastically over the last 20 years and Lance and his team have been through it all, not long after they started the business the 9/11 terrorist attacks caused a huge dip in interest for international travel, this was followed by SARS outbreaks, Bird Flu and then of course the Global Financial Crisis.
