The Energy and Transport sectors will benefit from the latest technology from Oasis Engineering which boasts three times more flow than the HC208 coupler that Oasis offer.

The serviceable Ultra Fast Fill quick coupler is the latest instalment to the range of Ultra Fast Fill components that Oasis Engineering has been working on to revolutionise the NGV industry.
With increased flow-rates, a serviceable design and a hardened segment connection which increases gripping surface area and reduces wear in receptors, the latest range of quick couplers is specifically designed for high pressure CNG use.
“A high disconnection force is required to disconnect at pressure making accidental disconnection very difficult,” says Lee.
This improves the safety of the device, a green ring is visible on the receptor end when the device is correctly coupled, improving the visual confirmation that it is correctly joined to a receptor before pressurizing.
Safety is of utmost importance to Oasis Engineering which is why they have designed their products with these safety features to ensure that a fuel system that is extremely volatile is as safe as possible.
The Ultra Fast Fill quick coupler is constructed of stainless steel which also gives corrosion and wear resistance and with the use of the dust cap that Oasis Engineering recommends, means these couplers can last a long time before requiring servicing.
