Go: Rising Kiwi Artist ZAP launches new music video featuring Enzie.
Encapsulating the feeling and the energy before a big night out, Kiwi Artist ZAP teams up with Enzie to drop a fresh new video on the New Zealand music scene.
You might also recognise ZAP from his fresh take on social entertainment where he entertains thousands of fans on his Facebook page.
For Zap and Enzie the whole concept for the video came along together very organically. “We were all having a good time at the pre-drinks before the show feeling the vibes and having laughs,” says ZAP.
Enzie, who is a popular kiwi rap artist currently living in Australia, was in New Zealand for his cousin’s wedding, before he needed to head back to Brisbane. “He had a couple days left in Hamilton and was headlining a show in the club "The Hood". He said we should shoot the video to our song "Go" which we had recorded at my place a couple months back,” adds ZAP.
Simply titled ‘Go’, the music video features scenes shots in the luxurious courtyard, solo shots were done indoors of the home at the pre-drinks and getting hyped. The video was also shot at night giving it an edgy and upbeat feel to it. The next part of the shooting was done in the club when we performed. “The whole idea of the video was to emulate a night filled with good and exciting energy. It’s a bit like catching lighting in a bottle,” says ZAP.
The music video was shot and directed by the talented "R.Dotprodctionz" and was produced by Ro$$ . “He really understood our unique vision for the track and added his editing and shooting style which complimented the track very nicely,” comments ZAP.
The eye-catching music video features cameos from Jon Henry who is from one of New Zealand's most favourite comedy groups "Hood Brothers".
