Toi Ohomai Supports Anti-Bullying With Regional Pink Shirt Day Events
What: Toi Ohomai is taking a stand against bullying by going “all pink” this Pink Shirt Day across all campuses on Thursday, 16 May and Friday, 17 May– think fuchsia t-shirts and pink-themed activations.
Why: Toi Ohomai wants to encourage everyone to join the movement to stop bullying and spread aroha and kindness among all staff, students and its community.
Who: Photo and interview opportunities available with Chief Executive Leon Fourie – on request. Photo opportunities at all campuses include board where students and staff will fill out messages of aroha and support on pink post-it notes and receive a Pinky chocolate bar for their efforts.
