18-year-old 8 times over the limit

A 18 year old male was stopped driving a car in Christchurch City tonight and after being processed for EBA - he blew 1202 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath.

His legal limit was 150 micrograms which made him 8 times over the legal limit.
