Karajoz Coffee Company Offers Aspiring Baristas Special Access to the Roastery

Karajoz coffee company, a café business founded in 1982, has announced that they are now offering barista courses at their café during weekends. Coffee enthusiasts will now get the opportunity to learn from the one of NZ’s lead pioneers and one of the biggest privately-owned roasters in New Zealand.

Home to various, delicious coffee blends, Karajoz Coffee makes sure that each Karajoz blend is carefully crafted to suit different palettes. It has taken over 30 years of dedication, knowledge, and solid experience to obtain a collection of techniques for brewing the perfect cup of coffee. Now, individuals and aspiring baristas can make us of all this knowledge through Certified Barista Training.

Under the program, individuals will learn and discover how to make the perfect coffee through the company sharing Karajoz’ collective 30 plus years knowledge on the matter. The courses are held at their very own Karajoz Shot Bar in Eden Terrace, Auckland. This is where future baristas will obtain hands-on training over an intensive three hour class, coupled with access to Karajoz’ training manuals.

Additionally, Karajoz Coffee Company also made a series of videos available on their website for inside-knowledge to making the perfect brew. The coffee roastery knows that mastering a few fundamentals can take your coffee to the next level. The video includes making the perfect espresso shot, making the perfect milk, and espresso machine maintenance.
