Christmas Concert & Tree Lighting, Hamilton

Don’t miss out on the beautiful sight of New Zealand’s biggest Christmas Tree! Standing at a mighty 27 metres tall, the majestic tree will be lit up in Garden Place, Hamilton City on the 30th November 2019. The event will include rides, food trucks, face painting and Christmas Carols, starting at 6pm. This will be followed by the official lighting of the tree at 9pm. Christmas Parade, Cambridge

The annual Cambridge Christmas Parade is a free to attend event for all ages. From 2pm-3pm on Sunday 1st December, an array of colourful floats, walking groups, performers and marching bands will take over Victoria Street in Cambridge. With this year’s theme being ‘Christmas Around the World’, the parade is sure to be a marvellous display of multiple cultures – a great way to celebrate diversity and encourage inclusion. ‘A Christmas Celebration’, Hamilton

Delight in the magical sounds of the Trust Waikato Symphony Orchestra and the Cantando Choir as they come together for an evening of music to bring in the festive season. With two sessions, one starting at 4pm and one at 7pm, this event will feature music that you know and love, festive-themed food trucks and special guests.
