Real Dentistry Kept Working Under Heightened COVID Alert Levels

Real Dentistry wasn’t affected by the governments alert level change.

Real Dentistry was operating as usual in the recent move to alert level 2.

Moving up a level, meant that our business utilised more PPE gear, such as masks and gloves, ensured our customers kept at least one meter from one another in our waiting room and encouraged them to wash their hands and sanitise them on arrival. Following the government’s suggestions, we also made sure our patients scanned the QR code upon their arrival.

Our team at Real Dentistry is very familiar with these restrictions, which allowed us to operate as normal under the three days of alert level 2.

The smooth transition into COVID alert level 2, highlights that we are prepared for any similar restrictions that can be put into place in the future.

Even though we are now back to normal, our goal is to make sure our customers feel safe and protected in our environment.
