Motorists urged to drive to conditions in Wellington

Driving conditions around Wellington are poor with rain and low cloud making driving difficult and increasing the liklihood of accidents.

Police are currently attending accidents on State Highway 2 near Petone and State Highway 58 Paremata Rd. These accidents will cause delays in these locations.

Drivers need to consider conditions and drive appropriately. In particular they need to slow down and increase following distances.
