Concrete truck loses load on motorway

Motorists are advised to avoid travelling on the North-Western Motorway westbound. 

A concrete truck has lost its load onto the road. Wet concrete & metal is covering all three lanes, just before the Rosebank Rd exit. 

Emergency services are in attendance clearing the blockage but significant delays are expected.
