Orient Innovation Park opens its doors in Te Rapa, offering Hamilton business owners a new way into commercial ownership

Orient Innovation Park, a new 16 hectare industrial and commercial precinct taking shape in Te Rapa, is opening its doors to Hamilton business owners this weekend, giving tradies, importers and owner-operators an early look at one of the city's most ambitious developments and a rare entry point into commercial property ownership.

The launch event will be held on Sunday 20 September at 2pm at 12 Te Wetini Drive, with parking available on site. Presented by REMAX Revolution and Don Ha Projects International, the event is free to attend, though spaces are limited and RSVP is essential.

The precinct spans six architecturally designed buildings and offers a mix of live work residences, warehouse units and a flagship showroom and office space. Every unit is built to work from day one, with six to eight metre stud heights, three phase power, six metre roller doors, ground floor toilet and kitchen amenities, and mezzanine storage for maximum flexibility. Current stock includes units from 210sqm, with pricing starting from $855,000 excl GST.
