Four Hours Could Change More Than the Last Four Years: Waikato Coach Launches Immersive Transformation
A Hamilton transformational coach is challenging people to stop simply surviving on autopilot and start consciously creating the life they want, with a new Powerful 4-Hour Immersive Workshop designed to help participants break through self-doubt, limiting beliefs and uncertainty.
The workshop will be held at the Rotouna Libriary on Saturday October 3 from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
Paulette Coombes, founder of Elevate Beyond Coaching and a former registered nurse with 33 years of experience, says the immersive experience is about transformation and not temporary motivation.
“We can only change what we become aware of. This workshop gives people the space to step away from the noise of everyday life, look honestly at what is holding them back, and begin creating a different future,” says Paulette Coombes.
The workshop explores three key areas of personal transformation: understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions; identifying beliefs and patterns that can keep people stuck; and developing clarity around the future they genuinely want.
Participants will take part in practical exercises, vision work, reflection, and conversations designed to create greater clarity, confidence, and aligned action.
Paulette says her own journey into personal development and transformation ultimately led her to coaching after decades of working as a nurse.
“Personal development completely changed the direction of my own life. I discovered that sometimes we are not lacking ability—we are being held back by beliefs we have carried for years. I now want to help others realise that they have more possibilities available to them than they may currently believe.”
The workshop is aimed at people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain or unfulfilled, as well as those who simply know there is more, they want from life.
