Behind every iconic leap across New Zealand is the AJ Hackett Bungy NZ crew: part safety expert, part hype team, and part therapist. From Queenstown to Taupō and Auckland, team members Casey, Kelly, and Jaan share what it takes to guide jumpers through pure panic to total exhilaration.

Behind the Scenes with the Crew:

• Casey (Queenstown): Combined her photography degree with a family legacy, following in her dad’s 1988 Kawarau jump steps to capture jumpers' pure elation.   
• Kelly (Taupō): Turned a summer passion into a career as a Jump Master, guiding hundreds of jumpers, including visually impaired guests, safely off the platform. 
• Jaan (Auckland): Manages operations and equipment, drawing on his own past first-timer fears to help jumpers overcome their survival instincts.   

Whether cracking jokes, sharing heart-to-hearts, or managing complex safety rigs, the crew proves that being scared is completely normal, and stepping off the edge is just the beginning.
