One dead after crash on NorWestern

Police are investigating a Fatal Motor Vehicle crash that occurred on the North Western Motorway, SH16, at about 7.30pm last night. 

The crash occurred just close to the Point Chevalier off ramp in the city bound lanes.

The crash has possibly involved two or more vehicles. 

One person died at the scene.

Five others received minor injuries.
