Man arrested after Mossburn homicide

Invercargill Police have arrested a 47-year-old local man in relation to the Mossburn Homicide enquiry.

He has been charged with an assault and will appear in the Invercargill District Court on Monday 4th February 2008. 

A post mortem is yet to be held and the enquiry is in the early stages.

There maybe further charges laid. Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to this matter.
