Police fear for missing person

Police have grave fears for the health and safety of Finn HIGGINS, aged 26, of Hawker Street, Wellington. 

Mr HIIGINS is a Caucasian male, approximately 167cm tall and of medium build. He has tidy short greying brown hair. Probably unshaven with several days growth. 

He was last seen near his home address at about 6.30pm on Monday the 11 February 2008. 

When last seen he was wearing a black t-shirt with no marking, Khaki cargo pants with a red logo to the side of one of the knees and no shoes. He had no access to money or a vehicle. 

Mr HIGGINS is most likely to be within the central city, Mt Victoria or the Mt Victoria green belt area. 

Police request that if there is any sightings of Mr HIGGINS they should be reported to Police immediately.
