Partial Motorway Closure in Counties Manukau District

Urgent repairs to the motorway bridge at the Drury interchange will require the closure of a southbound lane to allow repair work to be carried out. One lane will be closed from 4.00 pm. 

This will obviously cause delays through the rush hour period. 

The work involves repairing a loose joint and cannot be delayed.

It is expected to take two - three hours to be completed. 

Motorists are asked to take care and expect delays.
