Fatal truck V car crash near Gore

At approximately 8.40pm an accident between a truck and a car occurred on State Highway 94 at Otamita just North of Gore.

Two persons have been killed and several others injured. Emergency services are on scene at the present time. It will be several hours before any further information will be released.

The road is closed at present and police ask that persons using State Highway between Gore and Mandeville try an alternative route.
