Two arrested after aggravated burglary

Police are currently investigating an incident in West Hoe Heights, Orewa. 

Residents of an address in the area were assaulted and had items of property stolen by intruders following a traffic incident outside the address. 

One person from the address was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. 

Orewa Police have located the offenders and some of the stolen property at a Hibiscus Coast Highway address. 

Two arrests have been made, inquiries are continuing.
