Cyclists injured in 'Le Race' crash

 Police and Ambulance are attending a 3 bicycle crash on Long Bay Rd, Akaroa.

The cyclists were part of the 'Le Race' from Christchuch to Akaroa.

All suffered with minor injuries and are being taken to Christchurch hospital for a checkup.

Long Bay Road is near the end of the race approximately 2 kilometres from Akaroa.
