New Rotorua Wildlife Safari and Maori Culture Experience

Award-winning Treetops Lodge & Wilderness Experience has announced its newest activity, the Treetops 4WD Safari Experience. Led by an expert Treetops Lodge guide, guests are led on an exhilarating exploration of the 2,500 acre estate, featuring 800-year old forests, spectacular views of sacred Mt. Tarawera, and deep hidden valleys to make close contact with the resident wildlife.

Photograph the majestic stag, water buffalos, and a variety of exotic birdlife. Unique in this 4WD experience is its inclusion of Maori cultural and historical tour, frequently using ancient Maori trails to view a variety of native and rare flora, long been used by the ancient Maori for culinary and medicinal purposes.

Treetop's 4WD Safari Experience starts from NZ$145.00+ GST per person for the 1 hour 4WD tour (for 2-7 people, a Maori-inspired light gourmet picnic lunch at the Bridal Veil Falls or a plated 2 course lunch at the Lodge Restaurant is included).
