Assault in Linwood Park

At about 4.00am on Saturday 12 April 2008 a 14 year old boy was the victim of a savage and cowardly attack in Linwood Park.

He was assaulted by a group of 4 people.

The victim received serious head injuries for which he is being treated at Christchurch hospital. He is in a stable condition.

The attackers were described as 2 males and 2 females aged 17 - 18 years of age.
