Councillors hit the street

Nelson City Councillors will be out on the streets on Saturday morning to talk over the draft Annual Plan. From 10.00am until 12.00noon on Saturday 19 April Councillors will be at the 1903 Square at the top of Trafalgar Street with copies of the plan and will be happy to talk over the details with residents. 

The Annual Plan process is the best opportunity for the community to engage with Council and have input into the decision making process.

The Saturday morning sessions may be repeated on 3 and 10 May. Council is also holding a hui on the Draft Annual Plan on Wednesday 23 April at 6.30pm at Whakatu Marae and a public forum on Monday 28 April from 12.00noon until 2.00pm at the Victory Community Centre.

Copies of the Draft Plan are also available from the Council office during working hours. Submissions on the Plan are welcome until 4pm on Tuesday 13 May.
