Tahuna-Ohinewai Road closed due to accident

At approximately 3.10pm this afternoon there was a vehicle accident on the Tahuna-Ohinewai Road, Matamata area.
As a result of the accident power lines are down and the road will be closed for up to 6 hours.
Diversions are in place at Te Hoe and Tahuna.
