Fatal crash closes Napier Taupo Rd

Emergency services are currently attending a fatal motor vehicle crash on State Highway 5, Napier/ Taupo Road.

The crash site is located approx 20km, west of the intersection of State Highway 5 and State Highway 2, between hill road and Linden Close.

State Highway 5 is closed to all traffic.

The crash involves one vehicle only and the deceased party is the driver of this vehicle.
