Vehicle Flipped - Wainuiomata Rd, Gracefield, Lower Hutt

On the Hutt side, downhill part of Wainuiomata Hill Rd a vehicle has fliiped.

The vehicle has gone over the barrier and landed on the uphill part of the road heading towards Wainuiomata.

At this stage traffic is moving slowly past the scene in both directions
