Escaped Prisoner recaptured

Escaped prisoner Aaron Stephen FORDEN has been taken into custody in Papatoetoe this afternoon, after a short pursuit of the wanted man by Police, following an initial sighting by a member of the public.

Police acknowledge and appreciate the assistance of the public in recapturing FORDEN.
