Two men charged with hospital attack

Police have laid charges against two men over an incident which occurred at Hilmorton Hospital on 29 December 2007.

During the incident the victim, Vernon TUCK, was allegedly pushed from a patio.

He suffered serious spinal injuries which have left him a tetraplegic.

The men have been charged with injuring by an unlawful act and are due to appear in court next month.
