Gravel spillage near Horokiwi

10am A large amount of gravel has been spilled from a truck on State Highway Two, Horokiwi.

This is affecting both northbound lanes. The road remains open but caution is advised.

Emergency services are currently in attendance and should be cleared shortly.

If possible motorists are requested to avoid the area until the roadway is cleared.
