Fatal Crash - Mikikihi, South Canterbury

At about 2.30pm on 24/6/08 a 2 car crash occurred on Pakihi Rd inland from Mikikihi, South Canterbury.

One driver was killed and the driver of the other vehicle was taken to Timaru hospital with moderate injuries.

It appears to have been a head on collison but enquiries are continuing to establish the cause of the crash.
