Accident in Napier

Police are currently dealing with a serious one car accident on Gloucester Street in Taradale, Napier.

This occured at about 4.50pm and appears the car has hit a powerpole.

Emergency services are still dealing with the accident so the condition of the driver is not yet known.

Diversions are in place while the accident scene is cleared.
