Lyttelton Tunnel partial closure

Due to a slip, Lyttelton Tunnel is partially closed.
Vehicles are able to travel through the tunnel to get to Lyttelton.
Vehicles travelling from Lyttelton are not able to enter the tunnel.
The Christchurch Council advises that as at 0800hrs today, Evans Pass, Dyers Pass and the Summit Road are all closed.
The only alternative route is Gebbies Pass with extreme caution.
Another release will be made as soon as the Lytellton Tunnel slip has been cleared.
