Mother of three missing in Christchurch

Christchurch Police are concerned for the well being of a woman who has been missing from her Dallington home since midnight last night, Monday/ Tuesday 18/19 August.

The 39 year old mother of three left an address in Rupert Place, off Gayhurst Road, about midnight wearing only night attire. She has not contacted her family or friends or been heard from or sighted since that time.

She is described as Caucasian, of slim, small build with long dark hair. She was only wearing a blue satin nightdress, a maroon toweling robe and her feet were bare.

Her disappearance was reported to police this morning.

'We have real concerns for her safety,' says Detective Senior Sergeant David Harvey. Anyone who has sighted this woman or who has any information as to her safety is asked to contact Christchurch Police, phone 363 7400 immediately.
