Domett & Cheviot area - Surface flooding

 Police advise motorists travelling on SHW1 between Christchurch and Blenheim this morning to expect delays.

There have been a number of instances of surface flooding and land slips around the Domett, Cheviot and Kaikoura areas.

Roading authorities are currently working on clearing the road at each area.
