Man dies in Upper Hutt fire

Police and Fire safety investigators are currently investigating a fatal house fire in Upper Hutt.
Police were called to an address in Miro Street shortly before 1am Saturday and found a house fully ablaze.
The body of a male was found in a sleepout at the rear of the address. His identity has not yet been confirmed.
It is not yet known how the fire started, a full scene examination will be conducted on Saturday.
