Wanted person arrested. in Auckland City District, 5:00pm 20 Sep 2008

Balmoral Police, (Auckland City) advise that they have located and arrested Richard Popata.
Popata's details had been widely circulated through media outlets in the last 2 -3 days.
Popata was located on Dominion Road, Mount Roskill, and arrested without incident.
Detective Steve Williams advises that the assistance of the media and general public aided the speedy resolution in this matter.
