Controlled House Burn in Wellington

From 10am until 4pm today the Fire Service are conducting a controlled house burn at an address in Clifford Rd, Johnsonville.
This is a training exercise with several burn episodes throughout the day.
Smoke will be highly visible from most parts of the surrounding area.
Access to Clifford Rd will be restricted for today and the Fire Service ask traffic to avoid the area.
If anyone has any concerns about smoke in the area of Johnsonville or any other area The Fire Service asks they ring 111 immediately and ask for Fire.
The Fire Service is the lead agents in this exercise.
