Stabbing in Christchurch

At around 5.00 am this morning Police were called to a report of a fight involving approximately five people on Hereford Street near Oxford Terrace in Christchurch Central.

On arrival a male was found with a number of stab wounds to his back.

A short time later Police located a group of people on Colombo Street in the central city and one of those people is helping Police with their enquiries.
