Fatal motor accident - SH3 between Turakina and Bulls

Just after midday today, Sunday 5 October, between Turakina and Bulls on SH3 a collision involving two cars and two motorcycles occured.  

As a result a 20 year old female died at the scene and two others suffered minor injuries.  

The road was closed for several hours while Police carried out their examination of the scene.  

The road is now open again.
