Missing 78 year old man in Christchurch

Christchurch Police are seeking assistance to locate a missing 78 year old man.

John Armstrong has been missing from the Colombo Street Sydenham area since 4.00 pm.

He is a male Caucasian who suffers from Parkinson's disease and walks with the aid of a Zimmer Frame.

He is wearing blue shorts and a green top.

Anyone seeing John is asked to phone Christchurch Police on 03 3637400.
