Robbery Friday 17 October in Christchurch
Around 7pm on Friday 17 October 2008 the Nancy Avenue Dairy situated on the corner of Nancy Avenue and Ranger Street in Mairehau was robbed at knife point.
The offender has taken a sharp cash register containing a small amount of cash from the shop and left the scene in a vehicle.
The vehicle is described as a dirty white Nissan Pulsar four door saloon. There were no registration plates displayed on the vehicle at the time.
That vehicle was followed for a short distance by a member of the public and was lost in traffic after it turned south onto Cranford Street from McFadden's Road, heading towards town.
The offender is described as a Male, Caucasian, aged in his early to mid 20's, thin build, around 5'11' in height, clean shaven, wearing a white or light grey sweatshirt with the hood up over a black baseball cap and blue jeans.
Police are seeking any person who may have any information regarding the robbery or vehicle used or locate a cash register to please contact the New Brighton Police on 3739111.
