Go Boom at the TSB Bowl of Brooklands with the Fireworks Spectacular!

This year’s TSB Bank Fireworks Spectacular is set to be a great evening of entertainment for the entire family.

“We’re encouraging people to come along with picnics and enjoy the stage performances before the fireworks themselves kick off at 9.00pm,” says Coordinator Events Sonja Gulliver.

Gates open for the Friday November 7 event at 6.30pm with the entertainment starting at 7.00pm.

“We’ve got a fantastic line-up of performers with local singer songwriters and Auckland variety funk band Lieutenant Funk,” says Ms Gulliver.

“Then the fireworks will end the evening with a spectacular display choreographed to music.

“It’ll be an awesome night out, so we’re hoping people will come along early and make a great evening of it.”

TSB Bank Managing Director/CEO Kevin Rimmington says they are thrilled to fund such a positive community event.

“This is the fourth year we have sponsored the Fireworks Spectacular, and we’re proud to do so because it’s such a positive event and a great way for us to say ‘thank you’ to the people of Taranaki for the tremendous support they give their bank,” says Mr Rimmington.

Entry to the event is by gold coin donation.

For public safety please do not bring pets or personal fireworks to the event.

If the event is postponed due to bad weather, it will be held on Sunday 9 November at the same time. Postponement information will be broadcast at 5.00pm on the day of the event on 93.2 More FM.
