Serious crash in Henderson Valley Rd

On tuesday 28th October at about 10.15pm, a pedestrian received serious injuries after being struck by a silver Subaru or similar vehicle on Henderson Valley Road. The male victim was taken to Auckland Hospital and is in a critical condition.
The silver vehicle left the scene and Police are appealing to any members of the public who were in the vicinity of Henderson High School at the time, and may have witnessed the incident or have seen a vehicle fitting the description either at the time or subsequently. Police believe the car will have sustained damage to the front of the car, the right side and possibly the windscreen.
