Fatal Motor Vehicle crash.

At about 7.30a.m. on 11 November 2008 a Toyota vehicle crashed on State Highway 2 near Matata. The Bay Of Plenty serious crash unit are investigating.

As a result, State Highway 2 has been closed between Omehu and Awaiti Roads with diversions in place.

Diversions are expected to remain for the next two to three hours. Details of the deceased have not been released.
