Train versus Pedestrian New Lynn- Updated

Police have identified a female pedestrian that was struck by a passenger train at Totara Ave, New Lynn yesterday afternoon.

She was Hui Zhen WANG, aged 70, from Avondale.

The Police Serious Crash Unit is continuing an investigation into the incident.

Police would still like to speak to anyone who saw the incident.
